Occupational Therapy Toolkit ™
Patient Handouts and Treatment Guides for Physical Disabilities, Chronic Conditions, and Geriatrics
About the Author
I have been an occupational therapist for more than 30 years. I graduated from San Jose State University with degrees in Occupational Therapy, Gerontology, and Early Childhood Development. My passion is working with adults and children in home health but I have also worked in acute rehab, sub-acute rehab, hand therapy, transitional living for TBI, and hospital-based outpatient.
The Occupational Therapy Toolkit started in 1997 when I created a website to share my ideas, resources, and experiences. It has developed into a comprehensive collection of illustrated Patient Handouts and Treatment Guides.
My goal is to provide you with a practical, valuable resource for physical disabilities, chronic conditions, and geriatrics that you can use every day in your OT practice.
You can find me on Facebook, Linked In, and Pinterest or exhibiting at the AOTA Annual Conference, the AOTA Student Conclave, and select state conferences each year.
